How do I find the serial number of my Lift Arm or Deck?
The serial number can be found on a sticker located at the front bottom right of the systems and decks.

Do I have to remove the tailgate on my truck?
Yes, the tailgate of the truck needs to be romoved for proper clearence when loading/unloading. However, if you are not using the deck and would like to put your tailgate back on you can do so. Just drop the deck and detach it from the system. Spin the rear rollers of the system around and you will be able put your tailgate back on.

Where can I put a back-up camera?
You can purchase an aftermarket back-up camera or reuse the one from your tailgate. Most customer’s install the camera on the rear plate of the AmeriDeck system or on the bumper of the truck near the license plate.

If I pick up the sytem from the factory, will they install it for me?
The factory does not do any installs. We have a dealer located 30 mins north of that can install the system for you or you can take the system home and install it yourself. Our installation manual can be found on the Lift System page of our website. 

What is the max height my truck bed can be?
The max height your truck bed can be is 43″.

Can I haul two motorcycles at the same time?
Yes, our PowerDecks are 58″ wide and with the proper wheel chock setup, you will be able to haul up to two full size baggers. 

How high does the deck sit in my truck?
The decks sit directly above the wheel wells of your truck.
